By accessing or using SmartGrid™ Personal Finance Hub ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal financial management only.

You may

Use the App for your own personal financial management and tracking.

You may NOT

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or transfer access to the App. Use it for commercial resale or client distribution. Claim ownership of the App or its design. Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the App's code or design.

All intellectual property rights remain with SmartGrid™ Studio. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and SmartGrid™ Studio reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for infringement.

The App is provided for personal, informational, and educational purposes only. It is designed to help individuals manage household finances and support personal financial planning.

The App is NOT

A certified accounting system. A financial advisory service. Tax preparation software. A regulatory or compliance tool. A substitute for professional financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

All calculations, forecasts, scores, and indicators are based on pre-defined formulas and user-provided data. Results are estimates only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Always verify information and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartGrid™ Studio shall not be liable for any financial losses, lost profits, incorrect decisions, data loss, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the App. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, the verification of results produced by the App, and all financial decisions you make. The App does not replace professional accounting systems or official financial records.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@smartgridstudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. SmartGrid™ Studio is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

The App is currently in free beta. When paid plans are introduced, subscription fees will be charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

SmartGrid™ Studio may provide updates, bug fixes, or enhancements at its discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. For support, contact support@smartgridstudio.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

By using SmartGrid™ Personal Finance Hub, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, agree to be bound by them, accept all risks associated with using the App, and understand this is a personal tool, not professional financial software.
